Sources of Inspiration

"Inspiration Defined: a divine influence directly and immediately exerted upon the mind or soul."

Inspiration can lead to the creation of something truly great. Being inspired allows us to change perspectives from a glass half empty to a glass half full attitude. The ability to be inspired can lead to dreaming of bigger and better things. The feeling of being unstoppable- knowing we can create and change the world around us. These feelings fuel our minds to move forward with our goals and dreams and is a state of mind that we need to consciously operate from.

Inspiration is key to staying on track toward your success and is the fuel that will power you through the lows that come your way more often than you want. It is important to view our experiences never as ‘bad’, and to use inspiration to change our thought processes to identify these experiences as life lessons putting us back on track. Sometimes we need triggers/sources of inspiration, and these identified sources of inspiration often reflect our passions or hide some sort of personal importance. Being able to connect with these identified inspirations every day will allow you to stay in perspective and in a positive state of mind and drive your motivation to reach your goals.

Staying inspired is about creating an environment that enables you to thrive and sets you up for success. Setting up your surroundings with like-minded people who create positive experiences and allow you to thrive is important. Read or listen to sources that inspire you and make time to ensure what you are feeling is positive. Stay in this environment as often as possible and make decisions from only this state of mind.
